What clients say

“Throughout the entire experience, Russell demonstrated the best of professional legal standards.  He was always available for consultation, responding to each inquiry with a genuine respect regardless of the questions or issues raised.  He was honest in his evaluations and forthright in sharing his legal opinions that was instrumental in creating a high level of confidence for the client. Russell methodically built a legally solid case for the dismissal of the original lawsuit, and then skillfully managed the successful prosecution of the counter claims.” – Brian G. Lacey, Owner, Lacey Entertainment

“A group of  neighbors had been having an ongoing problem with the Town Board over a noise ordinance. We decided to hire an attorney to research the statutes and represent our interests. Asking around, we were advised that Russell Maines was considered a “lawyers lawyer.” Working with a short deadline, Russell reviewed our situation, provided us with an informed opinion of how to proceed, and prepared a legal letter to the local Board members. His guidance was instrumental in helping us reach a compromise solution.”
